Research shows that the human body can retain chemical changes from an experience for up to two weeks.
This is mind-blowing for many reasons, but mostly because it’s what healers, mediums, intuitives, and New Age authors have been saying for years: you pick up positive and negative emotional energies from the places you go and the people you interact with.

Lindsay “LuLu” Simmons is a gifted teacher, mentor, and guide who helps leaders, Empaths, and Highly Sensitive People master their energy and share their unique medicine with the world.
Her approach integrates intuitive coaching, energy work, somatic release, sound therapy, plant wisdom, and more to help empaths integrate their traumas and life experiences. She is an expert in seeing, understanding, and guiding others towards true embodiment and mind/body/heart union.
LuLu has a BA in Psychology and is certified in numerous therapies including yoga, massage, NLP, and CranioSacral therapy. She is the author of Sacred Alchemy, a series of practical guides on awakening awareness, transmuting trauma, and living with purpose.
Live Session Dates

Feeling overwhelmed and confused emotionally?
Empaths feel confusion when they are carrying the energy and emotions of others. Did you know that?
I didn’t. For the majority of my youth and young-adult life I felt one of 3 things: emotionally overwhelmed, internally conflicted, or mentally confused. Like I was buried under the thoughts, feelings, and emotions of my friends, loved ones, and even strangers. I had low self-esteem, little self-care, and was always seeking to help anyone other than myself.
Then, when I started to clear everything up, I also had layers of emotional pain from only feeling the feelings of others, and not being able to feel my own. I resented myself, actually.
Doing this work, for me, was a little like digging myself out of a hole or finding my way out of a cave in the dark. And the only tool that I had was my intuition. The light at the end of the tunnel was also me.
It’s the most rewarding work I've ever engaged in because I got to come back to myself. I can stand in a room full of unhappy people now and be okay. I still feel them, but I can also feel myself. I know what my own thoughts sound like and what my own emotions feel like, and rarely ever feel confused. Overwhelmed, yes, I for sure feel that, but it’s occasional instead of daily. I’m also so much kinder when I speak to myself, which has profoundly changed my perspective in life.
I created this course for sensitive souls like you, because I’ve been where you’ve been.
